Blue Bird Offers New Student Safety Seats in all Micro Bird Type A School Buses

FORT VALLEY, GA., June 12, 2003 – Blue Bird Corp., the world leader in school bus manufacturing, is now offering new Student Safety Seats™ from C.E. White Co., as an option in all of its Micro Bird Type A school buses.

The new Student Safety Seats feature integrated three-point lap and shoulder belts for one, two, or three passengers per seat. The seats also feature a two-stage "controlled collapse" seat back to meet all the requirements of FMVSS 222. All shoulder belts are adjustable for any size passenger. Options include fire-block upholstery, integrated child restraints, and LATCH attachments for car seats.
