BLUE BIRD PROMOTES WILLIAM DANNER TO DIRECTOR OF DISTRIBUTOR SALES FOR SCHOOL/ACTIVITY BUSES

FORT VALLEY, GA (June 12, 2006) -Blue Bird Corporation announced today that William “Bill” Danner has been promoted to Director of Distributor Sales, School/Activity. In his new role, Bill will be responsible for all North American Regional Sales Managers and the Blue Bird distributor organization and report directly to Kim Cassell, Vice President of Sales & Marketing, School/Activity.

“Bill has made significant contributions in his most recent position within the Parts Sales division at Blue Bird,” said Cassell. “His extensive experience both within and outside the Blue Bird organization allows him to bring a fresh approach and outlook to the management of distributor sales in North America.”

Danner joined Blue Bird in 2005 as Director of Sales & Marketing, Product Support, where he supervised the field force of regional sales managers serving the bus part and equipment needs of distributors throughout the U.S. and Canada. Prior to his tenure with Blue Bird, Danner accumulated more than 17 years of industry experience with dealer relations, in roles ranging from district and regional manager to national dealer relations manager for Nissan North America, Inc.
