KAMINSKY NAMED PRESIDENT AND COO OF BLUE BIRD FINANCIAL SERVICES
FORT VALLEY, GA (July 6, 2007) -Kenneth P. Kaminsky Jr. has been named President and Chief Operating Officer of the Traxis Financial Group and Blue Bird Financial Services. Mr. Kaminsky will be tasked with establishing and quantifying growth, profit and cash flow objectives for this newly formed company as a separate entity from Blue Bird Corporation.
Mr. Kaminsky brings extensive experience in development and growth management for Fortune 500 companies. Prior to joining Blue Bird Financial Services, he served as Vice President and Federal Market Leader for General Electric Government Financial Services where he was responsible for delivering leasing and structured finance solutions to the U.S. Government. Mr. Kaminsky was also Chief Growth Officer for Orbian Corporation (the world’s leading supply chain finance company) where he managed all front end activities including business development, sales, relationship management, global marketing operations and channel partner development.
Mr. Kaminsky will be specifically responsible for directing Traxis Financial Group’s operations, sales and marketing activities, strategic planning and financial forecasting. His unique experience will provide for the successful creation and implementation of strategic growth initiatives that will facilitate profitable growth for the entire portfolio of businesses including Blue Bird Body Company, North American Bus Incorporated and Optima Bus Company.
