President and Chief Executive Officer Mr. Bennett has over 30 years of experience in manufacturing management with domestic and international experience including Key Automotive Group, The Aero Structures Company and United States Marine Repair. Most recently, he served as a Managing Director of Peguform GmbH. Mr. Bennett has held various leadership positions and served on several boards for manufacturing companies including private equity firms. Mr. Bennett also held positions with General Dynamics - Lockheed Martin for thirteen years. |

Senior Advisor Mr. Howsmon is a 30 year veteran of the automotive industry during which he contributed as a Senior Executive with broad-based international and domestic involvement in both manufacturing and distribution. His extensive management experience also includes General Manager and Chief Operating Officer for Peterbilt Trucks, President of Perkins Engines, North America, President and Owner of Sierra Detroit Diesel-Allison Dealership in California, Executive Vice President of Fleetwood Enterprises, Vice President Sales & Service for Cummins Engine Company, and Chairman & CEO for Global Promotions Group, a private equity consolidation in the promotional products industry that included a Hong Kong trading company and North American manufacturing operations. |
