  You will receive buses at your location within the 48 contiguous states within 180 days after Blue Bird receives the order (some units and option packages require extended delivery periods contractually).
  
• SUBSTANTIAL SAVINGS
  You will benefit from the lower initial purchase price the GSA has secured through volume purchasing.
  The price includes the delivery of the bus.
  You will experience reduced program and administrative costs.
  You will avoid additional maintenance, downtime and retail costs related to your existing buses while you wait for your new vehicles.

The current GSA procedures require the customer to place bus orders using AUTOCHOICE website:

Any who may have difficulty logging on to this website or require assistance are directed to the GSA customer care phone number, 703/605-2277. Blue Bird may not accept orders directly from the customer when ordered under the GSA contract. The AUTOCHOICE computer system may be used by authorized agencies to configure their orders, learn the current prices, and submit their orders using the internet. It helps to streamline the process by significantly reducing errors.

U.S. Government (USG) Preferred Service Providers (PSPs) are independent garages or contractors selected by and used by operating U.S. Government facilities to perform repairs on their fleet of vehicles.  Federal contracts allow for operating USG facilities to submit paid repair invoices to Blue Bird for warranty reimbursement consideration for repairs performed by local independent repair garages that are not Authorized Blue Bird Dealers.  USG facilities can use the Warranty Adjustment Application Form to submit for paid repairs during the bus warranty period.  (For assistance with this form, download our helpful Warranty Adjustment Form Instructions. Some operating USG facilities have requested for their PSP to be able to submit warranty adjustment applications directly to Blue Bird, in lieu of invoicing the operating USG facility.  As a service to the U.S. Government customer, Blue Bird has approved USG PSPs to submit warranty adjustment applications directly to Blue Bird.  This approval of the PSP is not a certification or validation of the USG PSP’s qualifications, facilities, equipment, knowledge and/or abilities.  Because operating USG facilities may be remotely located, or not conveniently located to Authorized Blue Bird Dealers, the approved USG PSPs have proven to be a great benefit by allowing operating USG facilities to choose their PSPs that are convenient to their locations.  Of course, if the operating USG facility is near a Blue Bird Dealer, the Dealer may perform warranty repairs no charge.  Full-service Blue Bird Dealers can provide Blue Bird parts to the USG facility and/or the USG PSP.  A complete Blue Bird Dealer and USG PSP list is shown below; click your state or country to find the nearest locations.

Use the Dealer Locator link to find authorized service centers for vehicle components warranted by the component manufacturer, including but not limited to engines, transmissions, wheelchair lifts, and non-Blue Bird air conditioners.  In most cases, warranty repairs for these components must be performed by an authorized service center for the component manufacturer.
