Jeff Taylor has been appointed Blue Bird’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO) as of June 1, 2020. Prior to joining Blue Bird, Mr. Taylor has spent more than 20 years in Finance and Accounting roles for manufacturing organizations spanning industrial equipment, chemicals, and pharmaceuticals. Most recently, Mr. Taylor was CFO at Wabash National Corporation, a $2.2 billion manufacturer of transportation equipment, for 6-years where he had responsibility for Finance, Accounting, Treasury, and Internal Audit, as well as Investor Relations and Corporate Development (M&A).
Before joining Wabash National, Mr. Taylor was Vice President of Finance – Technical Operations at King Pharmaceuticals, where he transformed the Manufacturing Finance / Accounting organization during his 5-year tenure by upgrading financial processes, systems and reporting. Jeff started his business career with Eastman Chemical Company, where he spent 9-years with various Finance, Accounting and Business roles with increasing responsibility. He finished his tenure at Eastman as the Global Business Controller for the Coatings and Adhesives business segment. Jeff Taylor received his Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Arizona State University and a Master of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin.
